How to use Nom Nom Paleo Sauces

All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce:

All-Purpose Stir-Fry is an amazingly versatile sauce that can be used for quick stir-fries, marinades, salad dressings, stews, and more. Seriously, people: the possibilities are endless! This well-balanced, umami-packed sauce is made paleo-friendly using organic coconut aminos and just a splash of orange juice.

This flavorful marinade has been in my arsenal of flavor booster for years. It’s made with a base of coconut milk and warm Indian spices, and is perfect for marinating meat, seafood, and vegetables destined for the grill, oven, or air fryer!

Honestly, this is all super crazy. When I started this little blog years ago, I never dreamt that my flavor-boosting sauces would one day be made available to purchase at Whole Foods Market stores—so I really hope you love them as much as I do! Without loyal Nomsters like you, I never would’ve gotten an opportunity like this to bring my food directly to your table. Thank you for all your support!

Hello! My name is Michelle Tam, and I love to eat. I think about food all the time. It borders on obsession. I’ve always loved the sights and smells of the kitchen. My mother was (and is) an excellent cook, and as a kid, I was her little shadow as she prepared supper each night. From her, I gained a deep, abiding love for magically transforming pantry items into mouth-watering family meals.

  1. Went to Whole Foods today and they said your products were discontinued. Where can I purchase your products now? I especially love your all purpose stir fry sauce and the magic mushroomed powder.

  2. I just used a bottle for the first time today to marinate my chicken. It turned out amazingly! But looks like the Whole Foods in Berkeley doesn’t carry it anymore. Is the sauce the same in your other tandoori recipes?

  3. The Sriracha sauce is great! Gonna try the other two if I can find them.

Once opened, how long do these last in the fridge? Thanks!

    1. Nope! Unfortunately, it was a one-time pilot launch and they aren’t selling it anymore.

  4. Bummed to hear the stir fry sauce is no longer available. Wanted to buy as a gift for my father who will stir fry but won’t make his own sauce. Would love to see it (and the Magic Mushroom Powder) available for online purchase.

  5. hi. i am in bend oregon at the whole foods there and they do NOT carry any of uour sauces. i need them today as i got all the other ingredients for your recipe – and meat is expensive. they daid they’ve never carried it. was counting on it. im 5 hours from any other whole foods. how else can we get these sauces. ?

    1. Hi Elisa! Our sauces were a one-time pilot launch back in the summer of 2019. The only way to get these sauces is to make them yourself. All of the recipes are on the blog or in my cookbooks.

  6. Hi Michelle, a long time ago you recommended a Sriracha sauce that I bought from Amazon. It was not that hot and I really liked it….would you per chance remember what that was. Thank you so much. Barbara
