Nom Nom Paleo Sauces

Guess what, Nomsters? I’ve partnered with Whole Foods Market on an exciting new project: Nom Nom Paleo Sauces!

Two hands are holding up three bottles of Nom Nom Paleo sauces: All-Purpose Stir-Fry, Tandoori, and Sriracha!

Nom Nom Paleo Sauces

My Nom Nom Paleo sauces are designed to be shortcuts to deliciousness— they’re made with wholesome ingredients and taste just like the ones I make at home! In addition to my Nom Nom Paleo Magic Mushroom Powder (available nationwide!), Whole Foods Market is bringing a trio of my tried-and-true fan favorite paleo-friendly cooking and finishing sauces to market in select locations:

  • All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce!

  • Sriracha!

  • Tandoori!

How to use Nom Nom Paleo Sauces

All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce:

All-Purpose Stir-Fry is an amazingly versatile sauce that can be used for quick stir-fries, marinades, salad dressings, stews, and more. Seriously, people: the possibilities are endless! This well-balanced, umami-packed sauce is made paleo-friendly using organic coconut aminos and just a splash of orange juice.

Here are just some of the ways to cook with All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce:

  • Easy Teriyaki Salmon
  • Instant Pot Chinese Beef Stew
  • Chinese Chicken Salad
  • Moo Shu Pork
  • More quick and easy recipe ideas!

Sriracha:

The paleo-friendly sriracha of your dreams is now available! You can put this tongue-tingling hot sauce on ALL THE THINGS because it’s made with real food ingredients like red jalapeño purée, fish sauce, and a smidge of date syrup for balance and natural sweetness.

Need recipe ideas? Make these dishes with my Sriracha:

  • Orange Sriracha Chicken
  • Egg Foo Young-ish
  • Nomster Burgers
  • Macadamia-Crusted Sriracha Ranch Salmon
  • Chinese Chicken Wings
  • Tuna Poke with Avocado

Tandoori:

This flavorful marinade has been in my arsenal of flavor booster for years. It’s made with a base of coconut milk and warm Indian spices, and is perfect for marinating meat, seafood, and vegetables destined for the grill, oven, or air fryer!

Use a bottle of Tandoori to whip up these simple weeknight recipes:

  • Tandoori Fish
  • Tandoori Shrimp
  • Super Easy Tandoori Chicken
  • Tandoori Whole Roasted Cauliflower
  • Sheet Pan Tandoori Chicken

Nutrition Facts & Ingredients:

You can find all the nutrition facts and ingredients for all the sauces by clicking here.

Grab-and-Go Items!

If you’re in a pinch, pick up pre-marinated items such as tandoori chicken or shrimp recipes in participating Whole Foods Market meat and seafood departments. Just throw them on the grill or pop them in the oven and dinner is ready!

No time to cook? Whole Foods Market has also made it easy for the days you can’t get in the kitchen. In the locations listed above, you can find my tandoori recipes in the stores’ Prepared Foods chef case! Dinner dilemma solved!

All three bottles of Nom Nom Paleo Sauces are up against a white background.

Honestly, this is all super crazy. When I started this little blog years ago, I never dreamt that my flavor-boosting sauces would one day be made available to purchase at Whole Foods Market stores—so I really hope you love them as much as I do! Without loyal Nomsters like you, I never would’ve gotten an opportunity like this to bring my food directly to your table. Thank you for all your support!

Wish my city had a while foods!

Does anyone know where the smaller batch of the stir fry sauce recipe is? I can’t remember if it was in a post or a recipe that uses it. I love it but don’t want to commit to making a large batch all the time.

I’m wondering if the tandoori would work over some chicken in the slow cooker? I picked up a bottle at the Redmond, WA Whole Foods. I was thinking of baking some chicken but am now wondering if it would work in the slow cooker. Thanks! Can’t wait to try it.

What is the citric acid derived from?

According to the co-packer, the citric acid is a product of the USA and is produced from the fermentation of carbohydrates from corn and or molasses. Citric acid is considered a Whole30-friendly additive: https://whole30.com/downloads/additives.pdf

When I click on the link to recipes, it doesn’t use your bottled sauce. Please produce some recipes that tell me how to use the sauce I bought (or edit the existing ones to say “or {amount} of Nom Nom Paleo Tandoori Sauce!” in the ingredient list. I don’t want to guess amounts. I am sure others will appreciate a recipe or recipes that are specific to using the bottled sauce. It might be great to even put one on the bottle!

Are the sauces safe for people with celiac? Are the manufactured on shared equipment with gluten?

Hi! For the Tandoori Fish recipe. If using your Tandoori sauce from Whole Foods, what ingredients should I still purchase other than fish & a lemon? Thanks!

Went to Whole Foods today and they said your products were discontinued. Where can I purchase your products now? I especially love your all purpose stir fry sauce and the magic mushroomed powder.

I just used a bottle for the first time today to marinate my chicken. It turned out amazingly! But looks like the Whole Foods in Berkeley doesn’t carry it anymore. Is the sauce the same in your other tandoori recipes?

Bummed to hear the stir fry sauce is no longer available. Wanted to buy as a gift for my father who will stir fry but won’t make his own sauce. Would love to see it (and the Magic Mushroom Powder) available for online purchase.

Hi Elisa! Our sauces were a one-time pilot launch back in the summer of 2019. The only way to get these sauces is to make them yourself. All of the recipes are on the blog or in my cookbooks.
