Just four more days on the Whole30!
On my first night back at work, I downed a bowl of leftover curried cream of broccoli soup, guacamole, crudities, and leftover sous vide flatiron steak.
After work, I scarfed down a plate of scrambled eggs seasoned with Magic Mushroom Powder and Parisien Bonnes Herbes.
I shuttled the kiddos to school and came home to pass out.
In the evening, I reheated the Slow Cooker Grass Fed Korean Short Ribs…
…pureed a batch of cauliflower & carrot puree…
…and stir-fried some baby spinach and mushrooms.

After dinner, the Double-O’s and I read Sarah Fragoso’s new book, Paleo Pals: Jimmy and the Carrot Rocket Ship.
We all gave the book a big thumbs up!0
