Dinner @ 5:00 a.m.: sous vide chicken breast, green beans, and roasted mushrooms.  Again, I doused the chicken with herb gravy prior to zapping it in the microwave so it would stay moist. 

And now, I fast until 6:00 p.m. (Sounds hardcore, but I’ll be passed out most of the time.)
