Nom Nom Paleo

Dinner this morning: sous vide chicken breast (seasoned with Aleppo chile pepper finishing salt), winter squash puree, roasted cauliflower with bacon and garlic, and braised cabbage.  I ate this cold because I was too lazy to walk to the microwave and I didn’t want the chicken to dry out.  Leftovers rule!
