Let’s see what I ate today…
For breakfast, I fried a couple of scrambled eggs in grass fed butter and ate them with some cherry tomatoes and diced avocado. I sprinkled everything with a dash of Aleppo pepper.
Afterwards, I stopped by Costco to restock on essentials and then I drove to my in-laws to pick up the Double O’s. Oh, how I’ve missed my little boogers!
When I got home, I chomped on leftover sous vide beef tongue and roasted vegetables for lunch.
For dessert, I ate half a dark chocolate bar. I’ve been eating a LOT of dark chocolate lately so I’m gonna go cold turkey for a little bit. How long? I’ll get back to you about that.
At dinnertime, I was too lazy to make anything from scratch, so I threw together a super-quick-and-easy salad with greens, tomatoes, leftover roasted veggies, and leftover sous vide beef cheeks.
And, uh, I finished the rest of the chocolate bar after dinner. I HAD to get it out of the house, and what better way than through my gut?
