Home » Blog » Uncategorized » Hi, I have just discovered your blog and it gives me hope my family can try the Paleo diet. We are of Italian heritage living in Australia so giving up the pasta is going to be difficult. I am at aloss for breakfast ideas. My husband has porridge (oats) and i have a green smoothie. I’m hoping my smoothie will still be ok. Also i have milk in my tea. Is a little milk ok or should i give up tea completely? I can’t manage it black. I like the idea of mini frittatas. Can i use a little cream with the eggs? I’m a bit lost with the whole new way of eating and will keep researching. Thanks for any help you can give me.

G’day reader! The best place to start is to read my hubby’s Paleo primer by clicking here. I know I’m biased but it’s chock full of good information and it’s free.

For breakfast I eat leftovers or some sort of egg dish (e.g. frittatas, omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.). If you type “breakfast” in the search box at the top of my blog, you’ll see a bunch of my posts that show what I eat in the morning.

I can totally relate to how you’re feeling right now. When my hubby first started eating Paleo, I was totally resistant and couldn’t imagine not eating grains at all. No noodles, beans, or bread? WTF, right? Well, I’ve been eating lacto-Paleo (full-fat dairy on occassion) for almost nine months now and I can’t imagine turning back.

Good luck! Please feel free to email if you have more questions.
