Lunch! Frittata with ground pork, minced shallots, and broccoli slaw served with roasted broccoli and bacon. Everyone should make frittatas!  I came home from work yesterday morning and threw one together in around 25 minutes (only 5 minutes of hands-on time) and I made 4 packed lunches.  No excuses, people.
