See? I was able to stay pretty Paleo at our family Turkey Day potluck: roast turkey, prime rib, baked ham, roast pork, roasted broccoli and bacon, and garlic and cauliflower “mashed potatoes.” Brought home lots of meaty leftovers that we’ll be snarfing down in the next few days. Yay! I have a bunch of quick Paleo meals in my future!
