Leftovers for dinner– woohoo!  Sous vide pork chop, garlic cauliflower “mashed potatoes,” roasted carrots, and green beans with aged balsamic vinegar and toasted almonds.  I dumped some herb gravy on everything before I stuck it in the microwave. You know what made this packed lunch even better? A square of dark chocolate. I love me some dark chocolate.
