Tonight, I didn’t have quite enough leftovers to pack two meals for work. What’s a girl to do? Raid the freezer. Here’s what I brought for lunch: nuked frozen broccoli and sweet basil and parmesan chicken meatballs.  I also noshed on some coconuts, almonds, and mac nuts.

Remember: the freezer is your friend.
