Quick breakfast at home: two scrambled eggs (omelet style), topped with nuked frozen broccoli, half a chopped up avocado, a handful of Sun Gold cherry tomatoes, and Primavera salsa.  All chased down with some mac nuts and coconut flakes per usual.
