My veggie CSA haul for this week: lancinato kale, Italian parsley, cauliflower, carola potatoes, red leaf lettuce, eggplant, delicata and acorn squash, and celery.  This means I gotta clean my vegetable crisper of all my old stuff from last week.  Even though I’m pretty good these days about eating all the veggies that come in the box, there’s always one item that goes bad (normally because I don’t want to make it).  Last week, it was the fennel, and this week it looks like it’ll be the potatoes.
