Second snack of the night: a hard boiled egg and a square of dark chocolate. I forgot my box of berries and coconut milk at home (waaah!) and the ginger pork jerky from Dickson’s Farmstand Meats was not my favorite (too dry and stringy). Hubby’s homemade beef jerky is much better.
