Yes, it’s that time of year again: when kids head back to school and parents rejoice in the streets. (To any children who are reading: I’m joking. Kind of.) But it also means we gotta hunker down and pack lunches again!
As in years past, I’ve teamed up with our friends at LunchBots to show you that portable Paleo lunches can be healthier and more satisfying than a soggy PB&J sandwich.
Starting this week, I’ll be posting a variety of midday meal ideas that’ll (hopefully!) inspire you to take a few moments out of your day to throw some meat, veggies, and fruit into a container. Repurposing leftovers is the name of the game this year—so stay tuned!
