What if you don’t like spicy?

Just leave out the sriracha and you’ll have an amazing paleo and Whole30 ranch dressing!

Ingredients

  • Paleo mayonnaise: You can make your own paleo mayonnaise or use a Whole30-compatible store-bought brand like Primal Kitchen.
  • Full fat coconut milk: To keep this sauce dairy-free, I use full-fat canned coconut milk and some lemon juice in place of buttermilk or sour cream.
  • Nom Nom Paleo Sriracha sauce: It’s not sriracha ranch without sriracha sauce, so whip up a batch of my homemade Whole30 sriracha. (Not doing a Whole30? Just use your favorite store-bought sriracha sauce!)
  • Fresh lemon juice: No lemon? You can use some apple cider vinegar instead!
  • Italian parsley
  • Fresh chives
  • Fresh dill
  • Onion powder
  • Diamond Crystal kosher salt

If you want your sriracha ranch dip to thicken a bit, refrigerate the sauce in a sealed container for a few hours or overnight before serving.

How do you store sriracha ranch dressing?

Keep the sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. I wouldn’t freeze it because the sauce tends to separate when thawed.

About Michelle Tam

Hello! My name is Michelle Tam, and I love to eat. I think about food all the time. It borders on obsession. I’ve always loved the sights and smells of the kitchen. My mother was (and is) an excellent cook, and as a kid, I was her little shadow as she prepared supper each night. From her, I gained a deep, abiding love for magically transforming pantry items into mouth-watering family meals.
