Salad for lunch!  Ain’t this purty?  Hubby made me a salad with sous vide chicken breast, romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, thinly sliced radishes, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
