I only ask this because as I try to adopt a paleo lifestyle for myself and my family, I’ve become an unabashed nom nom paleo copycat… seriously, thanks for all tips and recipes! So you recently attended the Whole9 Nutrition Workshop… and I just *started* reading their site… so my question is about pork. As I understand it, the folks at Whole9 basically say “no pork” (for a bunch of reasons). You eat pork (like that ground pork stir-fry with the Arizona Dreamin’ spice – which is freakin’ awesome, BTW)… do you ever plan on cutting it out, or are you cool with it?
Hello, I am a Soldier stationed in Germany and was looking into CSA. I was curious if you, or anyone, knew where I could find resources about CSA’s out here. Thanks! -Matt
Hi, I have just discovered your blog and it gives me hope my family can try the Paleo diet. We are of Italian heritage living in Australia so giving up the pasta is going to be difficult. I am at aloss for breakfast ideas. My husband has porridge (oats) and i have a green smoothie. I’m hoping my smoothie will still be ok. Also i have milk in my tea. Is a little milk ok or should i give up tea completely? I can’t manage it black. I like the idea of mini frittatas. Can i use a little cream with the eggs? I’m a bit lost with the whole new way of eating and will keep researching. Thanks for any help you can give me.
