Eligibility:
The Nom Nom Paleo Monthly Cooking Challenge (the “Contest”) is open to anyone at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who can shop with Amazon. Employees of Nom Nom Paleo LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter:
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of each month (the “Contest Period”). To enter, you must do the following:
- Visit nomnompaleo.com and cook one of the three featured recipes for the current month.
- Cook the selected recipe and take a photo of your finished dish. The photo does not need to be professional quality, but it must clearly show that you cooked the recipe.
- Email your photo along with the name of the recipe as the subject line, your first and last name, and your email address to cookingchallenge@nomnompaleo.com by 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of the month.
You may enter only one photo per month. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Winner Selection:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated agent within 10 days after the end of the Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided with the entry. The potential winner will be required to respond to the email within 48 hours and provide his/her full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth. If the potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours, or if he/she is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $100. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being provided. The Prize will be delivered by email to the email address provided by the winner within 30 days after verification of eligibility.
General Conditions:
By participating in this Contest, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or any materials associated with this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Contest as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By entering this Contest, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use your personal information for purposes of administering this Contest and awarding prizes. Winner List:
