Matcha Lemonade (Green Tea Arnold Palmer)

This refreshing and simple matcha lemonade is the perfect, not-too-sweet, summer drink! You can whip up this green tea Arnold Palmer in minutes without turning on the stove or using special equipment!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Using a small hand whisk

  • Combine the matcha and lemon juice in a liquid measuring cup and whisk well until the matcha is in a uniform suspension.

  • Whisk in the honey. Once the honey is incorporated, mix in the cold water.

Using a milk frother

  • Add the matcha, lemon juice, honey, and water to a liquid measuring cup and use a milk frother to blitz everything into an emerald green liquid. Pour over ice!

  • Measure all the ingredients and add them into a pint-sized mason jar. Screw on the lid tightly and shake like mad until the matcha is evenly dispersed! Pour over ice.
