Paleo Trail Mix

My hubby’s Paleo trail mix is like crack.  The two of us constantly make beelines to the pantry to scarf down a handful or three throughout the day when we’re home.  It’s super duper easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 16 ounces raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 8 ounces unsalted almond slivers
  • 6 ounces dried pineapple cut up
  • 5 ounces dried coconut flakes

Instructions

  • All you need to do is place a big mixing bowl on your scale, press tare (to zero the measurement), pour in an ingredient until it reaches the correct weight, tare it, and repeat with the next ingredient.

Notes

If you have the time, toasting your coconut flakes will make the trail mix even tastier!
Eat the trail mix plain or eat it like cereal with your favorite plant-based milk.
