Nom Nom Paleo + Whole30 by Michelle Tam https://nomnompaleo.com

No doubt about it: one of the best make-ahead Whole30 meals is a bowl of hearty chili!

If you’re putzing around the house and have 20 minutes to spare, just toss the ingredients for chili into your Instant Pot, and it’ll be ready to eat after a busy day out. Better yet, you can pop the finished chili in the fridge or freezer to revive on a later date (like, say, Thursday) when you’re tempted to buy take out.

Don’t have an Instant Pot? No need to fret! Both of the chili recipes below include instructions for the slow cooker and/or stovetop!

My Favorite Whole30 Chili Recipes

Instant Pot Ground Beef Chili: This cheap, fast, and easy ground beef chili recipe is one of my favorite comfort foods. Be sure to add the dash of fish sauce for the boost of umami!

Instant Pot Cowboy Chili: This hearty and healthy Whole30-friendly beef chili recipe is packed with cubes of tender chuck roast in a smoky sauce!

About Michelle Tam

Hello! My name is Michelle Tam, and I love to eat. I think about food all the time. It borders on obsession. I’ve always loved the sights and smells of the kitchen. My mother was (and is) an excellent cook, and as a kid, I was her little shadow as she prepared supper each night. From her, I gained a deep, abiding love for magically transforming pantry items into mouth-watering family meals.
