HelloSo glad I found your blog. I’ve been thinking about going paleo for a long time but couldn’t wrap my mind around what to eat during my week of 12 hour over night shifts. We seem to work a similar schedule and I appreciate seeing how you manage food for work-it’s been a great help to me. I now know this is not nearly as difficult as I was trying to make it and I’m eating so much better at work!
