You gotta do what’s right for you. Personally, I eat lots of meat, fat, and veggies and eschew the grains, legumes, and starchy vegetables.
2Home » Blog » Uncategorized » Hi, I’m interested in this way of eating. I eat a lot of animal products. Nothing processed and currently no grains…but I think I’m going to add some in. I’m a 30 year old female that is at an extremely low weight. So, I need to gain. But I can’t stomach way too much fat or animal meats-fish-poultry (I eat a lot of oils and those meat sources, and eggs as it). So, I also eat a lot of dairy, whey, potatoes, squash, vegetables, nuts, etc. But I feel I might just add some grains and things anyway, just to not be obsessive. Thoughts?
