Pro Tip: Gear up! Make sure you have all the equipment and gadgets you need to cook this feast! I’ve listed everything you’ll need to borrow or buy to properly roast the turkey in this post. You’ll also want to get your hands on an immersion blender if you don’t already have one. (And you should!)
