    1. You’re right. A pot of meat isn’t a whole meal and you should serve a vegetable side or a giant salad with those dishes. For most folks (myself included), the hardest part of the meal is figuring out how to cook the protein part. However, if you scroll through all 30 days, you’ll see that I share lots of vegetable-heavy Whole30 meals as well.
