I just cooked chicken liver for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised to like it. I followed this recipe from Epicurious, subbing a bosc pear for the grapes since I didn't have any. I’m really a wuss in the kitchen so I haven’t attempted to make offal myself. When someone else makes it, I’m more that happy to eat it because I’m an adventurous eater. Maybe one of my resolutions for the new year will be to make more offal…
