I don’t always post pics of my snacks but this photo is pretty representative of what I nosh on between meals at work: Fitbomb’s beef jerky, macadamia nuts and coconut flakes, a small piece of 80% or higher dark chocolate, guacamole, and veggies. Other nights, I also snack on Fitbomb’s Paleo trail mix, a couple tablespoons of coconut butter, or a can of sardines. As my co-worker has commented, “You eat A LOT for a little girl.”
