It’s almost like breakfast back at home — but no Primavera salsa.  For my second breakfast in Maui, I fried up 2 eggs in butter and served them with nuked frozen broccoli, Applegate farms chicken and maple breakfast sausage, diced Kula pear tomatoes, and guacamole from Farmers Market Maui.  Tasty and quick.
