Last meal of the day: Rosie organic chicken strips, leftover roasted zucchini and tomato salad, and leftover roasted portabello mushrooms.  See, I’m using the Costco Rosie organic chicken strips and Rocky chicken meatballs in all sorts of ways this week!  With that said, I’m probably going to buy less pre-cooked meat and make my own chicken breast via the SousVide Supreme (so I can try to justify the splurge).  But that doesn’t mean I won’t have a pack of the Rosie Organic Chicken strips in the freezer for emergency protein!
