Mmmm mmmm mmmmm this was a good lunch!  Again, another great salad made by my hubby: butter lettuce, leftover sous vide tri-tip, Persian cucumbers, Sun Gold cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado, and toasted sliced almonds.  My co-worker said, “Wow, that’s a big salad."  That’s right, it’s a big, bad-ass container of Paleo Power!  Actually, I didn’t say that.
