It’s what’s for breakfast: Clover full fat cottage cheese, Bolani eggplant pesto, and homemade roasted bell peppers with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. Yes, I know dairy is verbotten on the Paleo diet but I like it. I ate this with a side of deli turkey, some roasted and salted Mac nuts, and handfuls of flaked coconut.
